In fact it is soooo decadent that it almost surpasses the category of garlic bread.<\/p>\n<p>Make plenty, expect it to disappear, and then wait for the clamouring for the recipe.<\/p>\n<p>It was made for me (us) by <a href=\"http:\/\/corrinacorrina.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">my sister-in-law&#8217;<\/a>s boyfriend, <a href=\"http:\/\/aeso.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tim<\/a>, who got it from his friend Billy T.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>2 tbs olive oil<br \/>\nfrench bread<br \/>\n1 onion chopped<br \/>\n4-5 cloves of garlic chopped<br \/>\n\u00c2\u00bd cup grated parmesan cheese<br \/>\n3 tbs mayo<br \/>\n1 good sized block of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced<br \/>\npepper<\/p>\n<p>Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in skillet and add onions. Sautee the onions until soft and translucent then add garlic and continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.\u00c2\u00a0 Add desired amount of pepper.\u00c2\u00a0 Remove from heat and dump mixture into a bowl.\u00c2\u00a0 Add parmesan cheese and mayo and mix well.\u00c2\u00a0 Spread mixture onto halved loaves of bread, top with sliced mozzarella and place in oven for 10-12 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve eaten this garlic bread twice now, and there is no doubt that it is the best I&#8217;ve ever had.
