This dish is strictly all-American, requiring only canned corn and saltines. It is the dish Bella contributes to the table every year and has been passed down through the generations on her dad&#8217;s side of the family.<\/p>\n<p>In a small cassarole dish, layer creamed corn, crushed saltines, and regular (drained) sweet corn. Salt and pepper each layer. Repeat until the dish is full. Cover and bake.
