I&#8217;ve known Chieun since sixth grade &#8211; the father is Brian Bistrong, executive chef at Harrison&#8217;s. That&#8217;s the second time I&#8217;ve seen him in the news in the last six months. Last time was an article in Food and Wine magazine.
