This is the beginning of my Thanksgiving recipe leaking. This dish is strictly all-American, requiring only canned corn and saltines. It is the dish Bella contributes to the table every year and has been passed down through the generations on her dad’s side of the family.
In a small cassarole dish, layer creamed corn, crushed saltines, and regular (drained) sweet corn. Salt and pepper each layer. Repeat until the dish is full. Cover and bake. Easy and delicious.
