La Jetee is worth watching if you can understand French. It also happens to be one of Cardiff’s favorites. She quotes it as a reference and at an artist’s choice exhibition, she chose Chris Marker over anybody contemporary (La Jetee came out in 1962). It’s only 26 minutes – and I don’t know how long it will be up at this site…
