I am in Laguna; it feels great to be away from the desert and my office! It’s cloudy, which I normally love, but it also means chance of rain and apparently when it rains you should stay away from the beach. I’ve heard that the water run-off from the city drains into the ocean and can cause higher bacteria level (yuck!)
