nytimes best book list

I like lists. This one just came out in the NYTimes and covers the best American fiction of the last 25 years. I suppose I will finally have to break down and read Delillo. My boyfriend goes on and on about Pynchon and Delillo, especially in regards to my Haruki crush I am going through right now. I should start a "his" and "her" book list. I have to say that I am enjoying Hard Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World, but not as much as The Wind-up Bird Chronicles (so far at least.) I do look forward to my morning run while listening to The Fellowship of the Rings on my ipod … I'm on disc 6 already!
